WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer shipping at the following rates:
Standard Delivery 14-31 days
$0.01 - $39.99 = $11.9
$40.00 - $99.99 = $9.9
$100 - more = $4.9
DHL 7-14 days - calculated individually.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries.
Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can use one of the options we provide to resolve this issue. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Since we send packages almost all over the world, the cost of shipping can often be more expensive than the contents. Therefore, if there is a problem, we strongly recommend that you do not spend extra money to send your order back.
As an alternative to returns, we offer exchanges, re-sending missing/broken items, store credit and refunds.
An exchange is possible if the contents came broken, of improper quality, or not at all what you ordered. Shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
Sending missing/broken items is possible if the order came incomplete, part of the order came broken. The cost of delivery is also at the expense of the buyer.
Store credit is given at the rate of $1 = 1 store credit. When you contact us and choose store credit you get an email with a discount code for the amount of your order (or a part of it), which is valid forever, for the whole range of the shop and can be used only 1 time.
The refund process is described in the next section.
Refunds are made upon request if there is visible evidence that something is wrong with the contents of the order (the order did not arrive in full, the goods are of inadequate quality, the goods or part of the goods are broken, the goods are not what you ordered, the goods did not come at all).
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:
