A rider and a mount share a unique bond. Nascent intelligence is awakened by exposing the creatures native to Oasis Zephyros to aether over extended periods of time. The neural interfaces implanted into the pair are then used to maintain a form of basic communication. Being able to understand complex commands turns the war steeds into loyal companions and allies.
