Balthazar is a calculating, heavily augmented Machine Cult Archon, who commands a kill-team, each member of which was personally selected by him based on their combat expertise and rigorous stealth-engagement protocols. They embark upon numerous secretive actions, that are sometimes part of a sanctioned offensive, but often only further Balthazar's own ends.
